We replaced the creaky old stairs with a brand new staircase, updating the railing and banisters to provide a fresh look. Keeping the brick wall exposed gives a warm, rustic vibe and saves on space in this slim hallway.

Combining your kitchen, dining and living room makes so much sense for entertaining and everyday family living. We made the most of this long, narrow floor plan by opening up the space from front to back.
Good Morning Sunshine
Pairing a bold tile pattern with sleek details gives this bathroom a welcoming and clean feel. We maximized sunlight with a minimalist full-glass shower door and included a shelf in the window sill.
A Little Piece of History
We found an old newspaper (among other things) behind the walls and had it framed for the homeowners. This page was from The Hamilton Spectator, January 1965.
