Originally built by Rex Heslop, this wartime house was reimagined for modern living. We removed many walls, opening up the floor plan to create practical family spaces to enjoy relaxing and entertaining.
A beautiful home, but this house was working with a floor plan from decades ago. By reimagining the space for open concept living, we made the main floor a perfect place to entertain and enjoy family time.
A tricky steel beam was inserted on the main floor for structural stability. Instead of hiding it behind a large bulk head we saved on space and painted the beam black to add to the industrial look.
Helping the homeowners select modern appliances and fixtures to match their new industrial inspiration ensured we created a unified look throughout the space—and a kitchen fit for a top chef.
We redesigned the kitchen layout to improve the overall function and flow, while maximizing natural light.
“The team's attention to detail is remarkable—all while keeping our project on budget. The whole reno was stress free, from concept to move-in. They're the complete package deal.”
